What is Bid2Fix™?
Bid2Fix™ is a separate referral and job-management platform that connects members with vetted technicians and specialist services.
Do I have to use Bid2Fix™?
No. You can work DIY, bring your own technician (subject to approval), or use Bid2Fix™ to source and manage professionals.
How does payment work?
Clients pay securely via Stripe at point of booking. Bid2Fix™ processes payment on your behalf as your commercial payment agent. Your earnings — minus the 8% platform commission — are released to you upon job completion. You are always the seller of record.
What happens if there is a dispute?
Bid2Fix™ manages disputes using recorded job scopes, updates, and evidence. Resolution is handled through our dispute process and final responsibility remains between the technician and client.
Do technicians need insurance?
Yes. All technicians operating via Bid2Fix™ must hold valid trade insurance and meet qualification and compliance requirements.
