How do I secure an access window?

Select your Host site and reserve a 48-Hour window through Bid2Fix™ portal for instant calendar booking in to system.

02 // TIME & ACCESS
How long is each access session?

Access time is fixed at 48-hours over two days.

This ensures high-frequency turnover and maintains technical site flow.

What if the project needs more time?

Pit-Stop is for diagnosis/light repairs.

For more involved repairs, escalate to a membership and re-book or engage Ramp‘n’Bay™ Host or Bid2Fix™ services.

Can I leave my vehicle overnight?

No. All vehicles must exit the site at the end of each of your booking days to maintain capacity for the network.

Are you open for weekend work?

Yes. High-frequency weekend bookings are available. Check our portal for urban workshop hours.

Is a commercial 2-post lift available?

Yes. Every station includes a commercial car lift for safe, elevated vehicle diagnostics and under-chassis access. Equipment type and levels varies across host sites.

Can I bring an assistant to help?

One assistant is permitted per bay. They must adhere to all workshop safety protocols and site-wide standards.

Do you offer fluid disposal?

Yes.Host sites offer professional waste management systems on-site for compliant and secure chemical waste disposal.

What diagnostics are on-site?

Fundamental testing gear and battery charging stations are available at every station for rapid repair tasks.

Equipment type and access to varies across host sites.

05 // TOOLS & SAFETY
Do I need to supply my own tools?

No. We equip every station with a basic professional hand tool kit, shop air,power and other equipment are also  available. Equipment levels varies across host sites.

Is specialized PPE provided?

Basic safety gear is available. You are responsible for wearing workshop-appropriate footwear and attire.

Is technical repair guidance available?

No, Bid2Fix™ technician services are available to Pit-Stop access  Pass users. You remain the technical lead for all mechanical actions.

How is the work insured?

Our insurance covers site infrastructure. Mechanical work is performed under your own risk and liability waiver.
